Cancellation Policy

By purchasing a membership at Room 34 Pilates Studio (Divine Drop & Co.), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions: 1. Membership & Payments All memberships are personal, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. For recurring plans, your selected payment method will be charged automatically on the billing date. It is your responsibility to keep your payment details updated. If a payment fails, Room 34 (Divine Drop & Co.) may temporarily suspend your membership until the balance is settled. 2. Duration & Validity Each plan is valid strictly for the duration specified in the plan purchased. Sessions must be used within the validity period. Unused sessions will automatically expire and cannot be refunded, extended, paused, or transferred, unless otherwise stated in writing by Room 34 (Divine Drop & Co.). 3. Booking & Attendance All classes must be booked in advance through the studio’s booking app. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before class time to avoid losing a class credit or being marked as a no-show. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in not being permitted to join the class for safety reasons. No-shows and late cancellations will result in the loss of the class credit associated with that booking. 4. Health & Safety By subscribing, you confirm that you are in suitable physical condition to participate in Pilates classes. You must inform the instructor of any injuries, medical conditions, limitations, or pregnancy before the class begins. Participation in classes is at your own risk. Room 34 (Divine Drop & Co.) and its instructors are not liable for injuries, accidents, or health complications occurring during or after sessions. You agree to follow all instructor guidance and studio safety rules. 5. Studio Rules Grip socks or clean socks and appropriate athletic attire are required. Mobile phones must remain on silent during sessions. The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate a membership if a member behaves in an unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful manner. 6. Privacy & Data Room 34 (Divine Drop & Co.) collects and stores personal data (e.g., name, contact details, booking information, payment records) solely for the purpose of managing memberships and providing studio services. Your data will never be shared with third parties, unless required by law. By subscribing, you agree to receive updates, schedule notices, and promotion
